How to connect

The connector uses OAuth — no API keys to copy, no credentials to manage.

Step 1

Have an active Ticketlime account

Any Event Organiser account works. If you do not have one yet, create a free account at app.ticketlime.com.

Step 2

Open Claude and go to connector settings

In Claude.ai, open the integrations or connector panel and search for "Ticketlime".

Step 3

Authorise with your Ticketlime account

Click Connect and complete the OAuth sign-in. You will be asked to grant read access to your event and booking data.

Step 4

Start asking questions

Try "How many tickets have I sold for my next event?" or "Show me all my upcoming events this month."

Privacy and data

The connector is opt-in and accesses only what is needed to answer your question.

What the connector can access
Your event details (title, date, venue, pricing, availability) and booking and attendance summaries for your own events.
What it cannot access
Customer payment details, full or partial credit card numbers, and customer sensitive information are never accessible via the connector.
Conversation content
Ticketlime does not store or log the content of your conversations with AI agents. Your chat stays between you and your AI provider.
Revoking access
You can revoke the connector's access at any time from your Ticketlime dashboard. Access is immediately terminated.

Frequently asked questions

Is the connector free to use?

Yes. The MCP connector is included with your Ticketlime account at no extra cost.

Which AI agents are supported?

Claude by Anthropic is the primary supported agent. The connector is built on the open Model Context Protocol standard, so it will work with any MCP-compatible AI agent as the ecosystem grows.

What data can the AI access?

The AI can access your event details, ticket pricing and availability, and booking summaries for events on your account. Customer payment details and sensitive customer information are never accessible.

Does Ticketlime store my AI conversations?

No. Ticketlime does not store or log the content of your conversations. Your AI provider (for example Anthropic for Claude) handles conversation data under their own privacy policy.

Can I disconnect the connector?

Yes. You can revoke the connector's access at any time from your Ticketlime dashboard. Revoking access immediately stops the AI agent from querying your data.

Is this available for all Ticketlime plans?

Yes. The MCP connector is available to all Event Organisers with an active Ticketlime account, on all plans.
