Ticketlime Partner Program – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Ticketlime Partner Program ("Program"). By joining the Program, you ("Partner", "you") agree to abide by these Terms set by Tickets Dance Pty Ltd (ABN: 680 066 102) operating as Ticketlime ("Ticketlime", "we", "us", or "our").

Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

Be a registered venue, promoter, or individual operating within a relevant industry (e.g., dance studios, nightclubs, bars);

Apply via the official Ticketlime Partner Program form and be approved by Ticketlime;

Have a valid Stripe account for payouts.

Commission Overview

Partners earn a percentage-based commission from the platform service fees collected by Ticketlime on ticket sales generated by event organisers they refer.

Platform service fees are defined as:

0.5% of the ticket price + $0.50 per ticket, excluding Stripe fees and refunds.

Commission Tiers

Commission rates apply monthly, based on ticket volume generated by referred event organisers during that calendar month.

Commission is calculated from Ticketlime's platform fee only.

Minimum Activity Requirement

To remain eligible for commission:

Partners must ensure their referred event organisers generate a minimum of 100 tickets sold per month;

If the monthly threshold is not met, no commission will be paid for that period;

If ticket sales from referred event organisers remain below 100 tickets for two consecutive months, the Partner account may be marked inactive. Commission eligibility will pause until sales recover or upon Ticketlime's discretion.

Commission Duration

Each approved partner is eligible to earn commissions for 12 months from the approval date.

Renewal beyond 12 months is subject to performance review and mutual agreement.

Payout Terms

Commissions are paid monthly, via Stripe, within 30 days of month-end;

Partners must have a valid Stripe account connected to receive payments;

The minimum payout threshold is $50 AUD;

Commissions tied to refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent orders will be excluded or reversed.

Influencer Partner Program

The Influencer Partner Program is a limited-time opportunity available to the first 30 influencers who join. This program may be discontinued at any time at Ticketlime's discretion.

Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the Influencer Partner Program, you must:

• Be able to refer at least 10 event organizers to Ticketlime;
• Apply via the official Ticketlime Partner Program form and be approved by Ticketlime;
• Have a valid Stripe account for payouts;
• Be among the first 30 influencers to join the program.

Commission Structure

Influencer partners earn commission based on the number of organizers they refer:

Commission is calculated from Ticketlime's platform fee only (0.5% of ticket price + $0.50 per ticket).

Renewal Policy

Initial Period (12 Months):

• Once you reach 10 organizers, you are guaranteed 12 months of commission earnings
• This guarantee applies regardless of future performance during this period

Renewal Process:

• After the initial 12-month period, your account is reviewed for renewal eligibility
• To qualify for renewal, you must have added at least 2 new organizers in the last 3 months
• Upon successful renewal, you receive an additional 6 months of commission earnings
• Premium partners (20+ organizers) enjoy extended renewal benefits

Program Limitations

• Limited to the first 30 influencers only
• This is a startup offering that may be discontinued at any time
• Ticketlime reserves the right to modify or terminate the program with notice
• All existing commissions earned will be honored even if the program is discontinued

Partner Conduct

By joining the Program, you agree to:

Promote Ticketlime truthfully and ethically;

Use only the official referral links or promotional tools provided;

Not engage in spam, misleading marketing, impersonation, or unethical practices.

Termination and Suspension

Ticketlime reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate a Partner's account at any time due to policy violation, inactivity, or fraud;

Withhold or reverse commissions due to refunds, chargebacks, or abuse;

Cancel agreements if referred organisers engage in prohibited activity.

Modifications

Ticketlime may modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified via email, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes. However, commissions already earned will be honoured.

Limitation of Liability

Ticketlime shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Program. Our total liability will not exceed the commissions paid to the Partner in the previous 3 months.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of NSW courts.
